Locker Cleanout

Student Material Pickup
Posted on 05/17/2020
Hello Lichfield families!

I want to reach out with the information you will need for material pick up next week. In light of the Covid-19 situation, students will not be entering the building to gather materials.  Instead, families will drive/walk up to door 21 (the 6th grade exit door that faces Rampart on the side of the building) and staff will be bringing materials out to you. No one will be permitted out of vehicles and those walking to collect supplies must leave after collecting them as the school building and grounds are not open. Staff will also collect any items that need to be returned- school owned instruments, textbooks, library books- not chromebooks.

If your student has nothing to return and nothing in their locker, they do not need to come to the building.  If your student only has a lock on their locker, we have removed and tagged them with your student's name.  There is no need to pick them up, we can return them to students next year to ensure they have them for their lockers next year.  Eighth graders not returning to Firestone next year should pick up their locks.  All others will be sent to Firestone for students next year.

Families should enter off of Rampart and pull up to door 21.  A staff member will greet you and ask for your student's name and locker number.  If they do not know their locker number, we will have a locker list to look up the information.  Another staff member will bring out materials in the locker to your vehicle.  Once materials are delivered, families would pull forward and exit to Fairfax.  The entrance from Fairfax will be blocked- it will be exit only to keep a safe flow of traffic.

It is extremely important that families follow the schedule below in order to ensure safety and efficiency for this process. Please see the grade level designated times below.  Parents, if you have students in multiple grade levels, you only need to come during one time and you will be able to gather all of your students' belongings.
